At check-out, you will be asked to type in your Ohio Tax Exempt number and upload a valid copy of a Tax Exempt Certificate.  Once we have verified your status, we will change your customer account to be tax exempt and you will not be charged tax on future orders.

On our website, we accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH Bank Drafts.  We would be happy to discuss other payment terms with larger commercial users anytime. Contact us at 330-405-6600 to discuss alternative payment methods.

We ship using UPS or LTL Commercial Carrier.

Orders are typically shipped the 1-2 business days following the day of order.  We will always do our best to ship products to you in the timeliest way available.

Up until the day your order is shipped, you can make changes or delete your order by logging into your account, viewing, and editing the order.

Credit cards will be charged when the order is boxed, labeled and prepared to ship.  A confirmation email will be sent with your payment and shipping information at the time that your order is processed for shipping.

When used for anything other than electrical conduit, we make no claims as to what our hardware can or cannot do.  How you use the hardware is at your discretion. If you are using UL listed products you can rest assured that our products meet or exceed the well-defined specifications mandated by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) for the listed products.
